I am using IDEA 8.0.1 with JUnit 4 and emma to collect code coverage statistics.
I am trying to extend code coverage for some legacy classes that make Static calls. PowerMock is an extension that is suppose to allow that.
The class I am trying to test currently reports ~ 60% code coverage. As soon as I add one PowerMock test, the reported coverage drops to ZERO even though the test appears to be running properly. So ironically, I have extended the code coverage, but the code coverage statistics that are reported to my management had plummeted!
Has anyone figured out how to write JUnit4.4 tests with PowerMock in IDEA using emma to collect code coverage??
