Ctrl-W should include trailing blank line

So often I find I had to manually correct blank lines after using ctrl-w and then working on that selection (deleting, duplicating).

IMHO it would be so much more convenient if Ctrl-W would automatically include any trailing blank line.
For example that way you could Ctrl-W-select a method and simply cut it without having to manually delete an unnecessary additional blank line.
