Unable to map CMD-Space and variants with 1050

Hi, all.

I cannot map command-space for complete code in the keymap editor.
Cmd-lots of other keys works just great, and it reports conflicts as
needed, but CMD-space does not show up. Eclipse has trained my fingers
pretty thoroughly to do CMD-space rather than CTRL-space.

I note that the input menu shortcuts panel in the international menu
says that cmd-spcace toggles between the last two scripts selected in
the input menu. I assume this is grabbing the key before idea sees it.
Does anyonse know how to turn this off?
