Browse Repository opens up a lot of console windows

I'm running WinXP and have just installed CVSNT 2.0.15 to be able to run repositories locally.
When I attempt to browse the repository, many console windows open, flickering, and then close again.

Is this an IDEA issue?

Anyone else seen it or knows how to overcome this?
