generating throws arguments automatically...

I know I can use ctrl-alt-t to generate automatic catches around a block of code, but can I, alternatively, automatically have a method throw exceptions. If the option exists, it eludes me.

I know it can cause a ripple effect up through the calling methods but it's still a start...

You can use an intention action for the code throwing an exception.
