1019 Not Usable, No Debug?!!!

Hello,

I have a problem getting Idea 1019 to debug, I always get an assertion
#24592 whenever Idea stops in a breakpoint or I step in the code.

I am running on Solaris 8 with jdk 1.4.2_03, I copied the javac and
tools.jar to the jre directory in idea, and used idea.no.jdk.check to run.
