Scrolling in IDEA editor

Hello,

I saw that scrol bar work something "not usual". So, if you move scroll bar to end location, the text in editor will scrolled to top and you will see only last line of code.

It is normal behavior? As for me, i think that scroll bar must scroll at end of text, and last text line will placed at posible near line in editor.
