where to submit IDEA 3.0.5 bugs?

In the tracker with the other bugs.

I had this problem once, what happened is that I had an error in one of my
classes, and for some reason this error hung the compiler. If I remember
well, I built my project with an ANT script in order to find the error,
corrected it, and then it worked again.

I think it makes no sense to report bugs for IDEA 3.0.5 if they are not
reproducable in 4.0 since we do not plan to release any updates to 3.0.5 -
release of 4.0 is near.
