Serious Classpath compile issues

I have a project with about 45 jars in the classpath. I don't have any
errors within my java files when I am editing. The problem is when I compile
I am receiving a lot of "cannot resolve symbol" errors yet in my IDE I can
ctrl-click the method that is "unresolvable" and go right to the method. The
method is included in one of the jars which are definitely included in the
project.

Any ideas?

Weird. Well I fixed it by changing the order of my libraries so that my
"module source" is last..
