Disabling Productivity splash screen.

How can I disable/auto-close the productivity screens ?
Not every productivity screen has the 'auto close' checkbox.
By preventing the rest of my project from loading it is inhibiting my productivity.
In previous versions of IJ we could say 'close screen' after loading. I know how great IJ is,
and would like to disable all the cute popup screens all together.

Currently it stays up preventing the loading of my project which is
unproductive :-\.

Main menu / Help / Productivity guide. There are check boxes in the dialog.
