Reformat setting

right code:

code after reformatted by IDEA:

<joda:format value="${today}" pattern="dd-MM-yyyy"/>
"

It's wrong! Becaus this will add unneeded spaces.

So, how to set the code style for HTML to avoid IDEA formatting things in quotation marks?

I'm in IDEA 6.
