Hello!

Why live templates are absent in linux Idea installation? How to transfer them from windows?

Thanks,
Alexey

Hi Alexey.

What do you mean? I'm running #977 on Mandrake 9.2 and it's right there under the Options menu. Works fine. Are you talking about exporting and then importing live templates from another installation?

Cheers,
Bill

I'm running neither Idea#977 (though not very much older) nor Mandrake :)

Options -> Live Templates shows me ABSOLUTELY clear pane with no Live templates at all! Here comes my question: if it's an installation bug, how do I import these templates from my widwows idea installation?

Alexey,
this is probably a clean installation of IDEA. For a first time you run IDEA
the templates are not loaded. This bug is equifrequent on windows also
and is already fixed in 977.
