Where is the error reporter setting dialog?
I've seen references by people to the error reporter,
but on my installation (B963) and for many releases,
I have lost the error reporting tab in the IDE settings.
Is there any way to configure the error reporting tool?
I know the proxy code has been a bit broken, but I cannot
even set it...

IIRC, it is not needed any more and therefore removed.

So how do I configure the connection if I am behind a proxy server?
I've tried to manually change the HttpConfogurable entry
in the xml options file to no avail. Without this piece
of configuration I amnot able to report errors or open
the plugin manager window.
Clues?
