Anyone having subversion problems? Change state disappears

I edit/add files and they show up properly, ready to be committed (green, blue, etc).

Then I run an ant task... everything changes back to black and if I do cmd-K to commit, there are no files to commit.

Any ideas? This started happening in builds > 9000, i don't think it was happening in 8995.
