where does the output go in the new junit integration?

I used to see the output from both System.out.println's and log4j messages to the ConsoleAppender in the Junit pane as my tests ran. Now I don't. Is this configurable?

Now any call to System.out/System.err is printed in console and saved in
running test output iff these calls occures beween test start and next test
start. Output that was printed before first test started can be lost.
