Error Reporting

Hello,
I think that you need two separated databases for automatical reports and
for manual reports.

IDEA->Post Report->Temporary Database for current Build
User->Post Report->Persistent Tracker Database

Temporary Database must have distinct list of current bug's reported by
users.
And Some of BUGs from Temporary database must be shared to Tracker.

This allow you to keep tracker is clean from dupies and lot-of-exceptions.

Temporary Database cleaned for each EAP release.

Just my point of view.

Error Reporting is stopped until next EAP build.
We need to recover error report database.
