Old exception reports to be dropped

Hi all!

We are getting a lot of exception reports into the tracker with our
automatic reporting tool and it would take trmendous amount of time to
process them all. There are actually a lot of duplicates between them but
it's difficult to detect them (and even doing that takes developer's lot of
time). So we decided to drop big portion of exception requests from older
builds (944 and earlier). They will be closed as "Obsolete". So don't get
surprised.

As long as you make sure the error reporting tool doesn't say "this bug
has already been reported" and refuse to create a new SCR for those
exceptions that actually do happen again in #957...

But maybe that's already implemented (accepting bugs even if they have
been closed if they are reported by a build greater than the one where
the bug was closed)?
