Help with modules/libraries question

I've had some questions about the module and library stuff for a while, that I figured would be answered when the new modules GUI came out. Now that that's happened, I'm still as confused as ever.

1) What's the payoff of adding jars as "named libraries" rather than "classes" under the libraries tab. Is it just the level of conceptual grouping, or is there something else I'm missing here?

2) What are "Project Libraries" and "Global Libraries"? Why are they under the "Order" tab, rather than "Libraries"?

Named libraries can have more than one jar file in them. Other than that I
think it's just the conceptual grouping, as you say.

Project libraries are libraries that are accessible to every module in your
project, but not to any modules outside of the project. They're stored in or
with your project file (.ipr).

Global libraries are libraries that are accessible to any module in any
project that you create. They're stored with your user preferences.

As for why they're found under the order tab instead of the libraries tab...
that continues to baffle me.

Hope that helps,
Vil.
