#957: where is the 'use external diff program' gone ?

I had it configured for the VSS integration and now it is gone.

AAAARGGHHH :(

I want it back please

Created

"External diff" feature was generalized, so we had to move it "general"
place. Now you may configure external diff to use anywhere (when possible)
in Idea.
BTW internal diff for VSS now supports "inline diff" and editting.
