Workaround to fixing issues with ER tool and PluginManager (proxy)

Hello, i just find some solution how to fix this small bug.
Please close your IDEA, Locate in config folder file other.xml, open it for editing.
Find follow section:
... ]]>

Change this section to something like that:
... ]]>

Start IDEA and close Project if it opened automatical. Then click on Run menu and check up ER tool :)
Please keep intelligent sences about reporting this bug! :)
