Disk Quota Exceeded on linux, Can't Use IDEA?

I am trying to run IDEA 703 on linux but keep getting "Disk Quota Exceeded" errors and the source tree
never gets out of the "Loading..." message for the file tree. I can't use this product now.

Any can help me get this to work?
