Once again: let the others use they Eclipse or JBuilder if they like it.
First, programming is a religion and you will not have much success to
tell others, that your religion is better than theirs. Second, IDEA
gives its users advantages over users of other IDEs. Why making the
battle equally?

Yeah this is pretty much the state of California... it's in desparate
need of help. I moved away from there for a very good reason! They're
all nuts over there, they've been drinking too much old coolaid or
something. Arnold won't even fix it, it's gonna take too long to
override all the nuttiness, stupidity and greed created by the ultra
liberal and .com over the past 15 years or so.
In the mean time prevent the craziness from happening on JDJ and go vote
for IDEA.
