bug report: A bug in Configure External Resource......

Idea 7.0.3


To config the external resource for "http://www.ibatis.com/dtd/sql-map-config-2.dtd", then I opened the "Select Path" dialog, and finded the "sql-map-config-2.dtd" file in the ibatis-2.3.0.jar, then clicked the "OK" button, but I got an error message "Specified path cannot be found" at the bottom of "Select Path" dialog. But in fact, I can copy & paste the full path of the DTD file to "External Resource" dialog, then click "OK", it worked.

Can it be the issue http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV-25328 ?
It talks about a directory chooser, but I think this makes no difference.
Some workaround is described there.
