New debugger
So that not all thread are negative, lets have one positive for a change :)
Maybe a little bit late but anyways. I would like to express that I appreciate the new debugger layout in 7.0.3. I really enjoy it!

I have complained about the debugger layout in 7.0.1.
Now I am completely satisfied with the change in 7.0.3.
Good job, JetBrain.
Now I wish 7.0.4 getting a bit faster across the board. I still observe many slight halts, sometimes hanging much much more frequently than 6.0.
