UI - live templates usability bug/enhancement

Since today seeems to be the UI day, I'll file my own pet peeve bug.

In the "Edit Live Template" dialog, the "Edit Variables" button is so
well hidden, that infact nobody I know have seen it without resorting to
the manual.

I guess that's because it doesn't look like a button at all. What it
looks is like some freakin' panel or a label with border.

What I do suggest is to merge the Edit Variables dialog into the Edit
Live Template dialog. The table should be right below the text area. You
could even put a splitter between them, so one could resize both as
needed. Though I'm not sure where to put the Move Up/Down buttons. Are
they really needed? Does the order of variables change the results?

Any comments before I file a RFE?

The difficulty with merging these two dialogs together is that the set of
variables to be defined in the second one depend on the text typed into the
template text in the first dialog.

P.S. However I agree that the dialog should be redesigned to make "Edit
Variables" more noticable.
