SVN: Changes > Repository tab. Is "more..." needed ("..." not enough) ?

See the image attached. The SVN panel (Changes -> Repository) displays commit messages of submitted revisions and if there's not enough space clickable "more..." is added. My question is - isn't just a three clickable dots "..." would be enough ? This "more" always becomes part of the message when I briefly look at them.
