Adding libs to the weblogic classpath

In intellij 7.0.3, in the Application Servers settings, you can set up Libraries. I assumed that the libraries I specified there would get put on the app server (in this case weblogic 8.1) classpath, and thus usable by all webapps/EJBs deployed. This does not appear to be the case. How can I add jars to the weblogic classpath?

Thanks

If you want to use a library from your webapp you should add this
library to the dependencies of your module (Project Settings -> your
module -> "Dependencies" tab) and then mark the library for packaging in
web/ejb facet settings.

I can do that, but I have several webapps and EJBs that need to use the same 3rd party libs. Is there no way to put these on the weblogic classpath or in APP-INF/lib so they can be used by all deployed apps?
