Project Language Level

In IDEA 7.0.2, is there a default setting for project language level? It always falls back to 1.3 every time after a new project is created and have to switch it back to "5.0 - 'enum' manually.

My impression of 7.0 to me that this is one of the little things that work perfectly in 6.0 but somehow missing or behave differently in 7.0.
So far I still love 6.0 more, it is less bloated and rock solid.

close all projects, and then go to the project settings, you'll be able to modify the project settings
