error in "WeakerAccess" inspection.

I just inspected some code (ChildClass.java). idea reports
"Declaration Access can be weaker" for an inner class. when i run my
compiler afer accepting tha cance (java 1.5) i get a compile error. i
made a stripped down version of the code which produces the error.
this is annoying, since i can't use the inspection in the production
code savely.

should i file an issue, or is there already one?

i hope this will be resolved in one of teh next builds.thanks.
