posting errors to ITN?

I am getting lots of failures in 908 and it provides this helpful dialog
offering to send the errors to ITN Tracker -- but it requires a user and
password.
I put in the same user and password I use for downloading EAP builds.
.... and it fails to send.

any ideas? (no pun intended)

I'm getting this too. It's kinda funny, the bug reporting tool being
buggy ;)

Ciao,

Same here.

How are you posting it over? Using HTTP?

I don't need a proxy for HTTP access here but I still get this error... I think most ports are open on my network (for outward traffic) so this strikes me as a bit weird.

Has anyone posted an issue in the tracker?

I will post this.
I was waiting for some of that good Eugene Z. loving in response to this,
perhaps telling me of some work around.
but no joy.

Same here. Not sure what's the problem though since no stacktrace is logged.
