Just curious: State of JSR 305

As I got it when I met William Pugh at last year's OOPSLA, the work is slowly progressing, but it is mainly based on FindBugs annotations, and thus includes some annotations IDEA currently does not understand. I guess the active part, i.e. discussion of the proposal, has not started yet.
