I use Lucida Typewriter with antialiasing on. I think any font other than the one you're using (along with antialasing) would look better. But maybe I'm just weird. :)

I like ProFont. It really only looks good at 9 point, but it's the best I've found for coding.

Oh, it's not actually a true monospaced font because the bold character sizes are a little wider. This messes up IDEA's margin calculation, but I never use bold text in code so it doesn't bother me.

And just to provide an alternative opinion... I use Courier New, without
anti-aliasing, size 12.
