has been in submitted mode since July, and we're hoping that we can direct someone's attention to it. It can't be that hard to fix, it is working in 7xx builds. A major pain if you're doing a lot of XML struts work etc.
As a workaround we go back to 3.0.5 get the external source, then go back to 8xx build.
