View CVS Sticky Tag

In version 5, there was an option of Version Control | Show File View, which allowed me to see if a file had any sticky tags. But that option is gone in Version 7 and I can't see anything that allows me to see the sticky tags.

Does anyone know how I might see the sticky tags?

Files with sticky tags are displayed under the "Switched Files" node in the
Changes view and are highlighted with a special color.
