Very annoying debug mode issue in 7.0.1

The debugger is unusable, this problem showed up when I upgraded from 7 to 7.0.1.
I am working on a large project with 22 modules using JDK 1.4.2_16 on Windows. For some unknown reason, when I use a breakpoint to debug some code, a warning icon shows up next to the “red circle” breakpoint icon, warning me that there is no source code associated with the class.
I rebuilt the whole project and the debugger is still unable to link the compiled class to the source code.

Everything started working fine as soon as I went back to version 6.0.
I have been using IDEA since 2001 and this is the fist time I see this (very frustrating) problem.

What plugins do you have installed with IDEA 7.0.x?
Is there any instrumentation performed on the code being debugged (like a coverage tool, "javarebel" too or something else)?

I have recently installed JProfiler 4.3.2.

Does it make any difference if you attach to a debuggee that is not running under profiler?

No, it doesn't make any difference. I have just removed JProfiler, then rebuilt my project, but I am still running into the same issue.
