I think there intentionally is no help for EAP builds. IntelliJ will compile the help files much later, since the features and look of Aurora are not stable yet. I agree that there should better be a dialog like "No Help Available Yet".
this is probably not a good idea but i only keep one version of intellij installed. I have a directory c:\idea and that is what i use. If an eap comes out that is unusable for me i reinstall the previous verison. It is really not a big deal, i use eap (even though I have a purchased 3.x license) so I'll just deal with it

i didn't realize it was intentional. i just figured the old ones would be there, but i guess no help is better than wrong help :)
You can just copy the help directory from IDEA-3.0.4 install to IDEA-Aurora-XXX directory, and you can access the help.
