CVS commit project doesn't find anything to commit
although if I do a commit on one of my source folders, it correctly finds
the files to commit. Is there anything special to do to be able to use
Commit project?

Maybe Commit project/Update project try to perform commit/update on the top
folder of the project. Here is my project structure:
INA.ipr
+- /home/gpothier/Redcrea2
+- classes
+- GAProto
| +- src
| +- etc.
I do my commits on the GAProto folder, it works well.
If I press Ctrl+T (update project), I get a message saying "Error cannot
find CVSROOT for file /home/gpothier/Redcrea2
Is there a way to specify what Commit project should commit?

Quite unusual setup. However I think IDEA should be able to deal with that and commit every folder in the project that is under CVS control.
I propose you file a tracker entry for this.
Please post this request into the tracker
