More error checking

There are only two things I envy from Eclipse: Hotswap and on-the-fly
compiling.
I see that Hotswap is coming into IDEA, but it would really love to have
these little icons in the project view telling me what packages have
errors. I do not actually want the files to be compiled, parsing them would
be enough. Is there an entry in the tracker for this?
