Oh my, this is such an old and worn out joke.
705 has never been released. The current released version that is offered for download is 3.0.4 (build 701)

I think you should be carefull with bundling build 706 together with jdk1.4.2. I had some problems with the visibilty of the sitebars (project, , structure, ant,...). They vansihed for no reaseon and i was not able do bring them back until i deleted the cache and restarted the project. So i decided to switch back to the original jre (1.4.1). I'm sorry but i can't give you any hint in reproducing this problem. I haven't done any further experiments because it wasn't so important for me as long as targeting jdk1.4.2 works fine.
using 706 with jdk1.4.2. The javadoc popup contents do not span the whole width of the popup window. it is aligned in a narrow column to the left. havent tried with the bundled jre.
Eugene, the last build was 3.0.5, it's true.
I have reported 2 troubles with build 706, maybe i found more soon :))
