IDEA 6.0.5 flickering Follow

I've seen Java applications (IDEA is such) to flicker because of a
wallpaper manager on Windows. When some program changes the wallpaper of
your desktop in background (e.g. rotates some pictures from your last
vacation :):):) ), at the same moment the program blinks. Might be this
the reason in your case?

I don't believe so.
The only "active" thing that I have is Outlook which is configured to send/receive emails every two minutes. But what I should do, is try closing most of the applications and see whether this happens, though I'm not optimistic about it.
