Many thx, all look great, but what i love are the "dark" themes. I have
already change the editor window, but all the other editors and panel are
"too bright" for me, so i suppose that what i looking for is a way that
IDEA respects the colors of the system or some dark theme. (No white
backgrounds!!!

If you really want to change the colors of the IDEA look and feel and not use another look and feel, you could vote for http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=11727
