I recently switched from Eclipse to IntelliJ and I'm trying to figure out a couple things I used to be able to do in Eclipse with SVN:
1. After updating my projects from SVN I can get the Update Project Info to display what got updated from the server, what I've added or changed, etc. However, I cannot find a way to see the commit comments from incoming changes. In Eclipse there was an icon I could select for any kind of VCS that would allow me to see commit comments for each incoming change. Is there a way to see the comments in IntelliJ?
2. When I perform a commit I'm having trouble getting IntelliJ to ignore a file that is supposed to be included on the svn:ignore list. The strange thing is when I go to Subversion->Check Directory Status, it does ignore this file. But when I hit Ctrl+K to commit, it always shows up on there if I have modified it during the current session. Other files do get ignored like they are supposed to, the only difference is this file is ignored only if it is in a specific directory, whereas the other files that get ignored can be in any directory.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
