"Changes only" revisions limitation

Hello everyone,

I've got an idea to add the following option to IDEA:
CVS - Show history for selection - Changes only
It works slow on files with very long history. Is it possible to add something like a textbox "[ 10 ] recent revisions only"? And allow "checkout" modal window to be canceled (saving retrieved revisions would be fine).
