Mac OSX Kernel Panic with IntelliJ?

Any other mac users out there getting kernel panics after or during changing many files in the source tree that an IntelliJ project is actively looking at?

I have had this happen three times in the past week (on two different machines: macbook pro and mac pro), and it's the same exact situation every time. I do an svn switch or an svn update to a very to semi-large project and switch to IntelliJ during or shortly after the svn command completes (this has happened with both command line svn and with SmartSVN (another java app)), and immediately get a kernel panic.

I believe this may be due to some jni lib that is being used in intellij for monitoring the filesystem, but wanted to check here first to see if anyone else has seen this.

Jay,

All I can say is that this hasn't happened to me yet. I am running on a MacBoox Pro with OS X 10.4.9, IDEA 6.0.5, and SVN 1.4. I am having lots of problems with updates and commits taking forever, but no kernel panics or other crashes so far.

this had to do with GOOGLE DESKTOP.

FYI: do NOT use google desktop until they fix their kernel panic issue!
