where is russion forum

Sorry for oftop but where is forum on russion?

I have install php-storm/

1. My project was create under netBeans and this is 3 Гб. When I created project on remote server hphstorm started to dowmload it.

WTF! I canseled download. All files allready on local disk.

In the NetBeans i have choice download or no.

The php-storm   always start download or i dont understand something.

How can I create project with existing files on remote host with it existing copies on local disk withot dowmload???
