How to deploy all files modified outside of IDEA in web project?

In a Web project, sometimes, I need to use some third tool to edit files
outside of IDEA. Then when I back to IDEA, I need to deploy them to the
exploded directory, so to debug them in web server.

IDEA offers a shortcut of "package file" in the context menu of project tree
to deploy files. However, everytime you must choose which files you want
package, and if those files are not exist in the same directory, it's rather
bothering.

Then I try "CTRL+F9", files can be depolyed dynamicly, but, it cause the
whole project to redeploy, including the java classes.

Please tell me how to do such things, or if exist shortcuts, it will be
best.

In Settings -> Compiler you can choose to not deploy web applications
after compilation. Then you can use Ctrl+F9 to achieve what you want.
