Import/Convert Code Style from Eclipse to IntelliJ

Hello,

does anyone know if there is a tool or a build-in functionality in IntelliJ to import or convert code style settings from Eclipse?

I am asking because we are working in a team using both IDE's and we want to share the same settings to make it easier to merge source code after reformatting.
