File rename not to add to version control

Hi,

Unfortunately googling has not given me the answer to this: I do not want PhpStorm to automatically to add files to version control when I rename. Where can I turn this off? Is the only way to disable git entirely for PhpStorm?
This "feature" has caused me so much headache. Just because I rename a file, it does not mean it should be pushed with the next commit!

Regards,
draeconis

No. It was on that setting. I even have tried "Do not add", but no dice. Also, if I rename the file back before commiting, it does not tell git that - it still has a staged A.php -> B.php
