Quick clear PHP-CGI server terminal

Is there a (phpstorm global) short cut key to clear the terminal from errors the PHP interpreter has encountered ?

Hi there,

I'm not 100% sure what you mean here. Could you please post a screenshot with details (I want to see what terminal you are talking about and what would you like to clear there)

What i meen is the debugger terminal
errors are added there, but without timemark ,
so to keep track of the latest errors i clear the terminal befor running my php script again
but at this moment i have to select te terminal right click it and select clear all , it would be so much easyer to have a key combination to do this

OK .. I'll be a complete noob here .. but how do you get that screen? I'm on Windows .. and do not use built/cgi server at all (using Apache/IIS for that).

I mean:

  • I can launch PHP Built-in Web Server using dedicated Run/Debug configuration .. and window looks different to yours (note: I'm on recently released v9)
  • that console has "Clear all" button visible
  • and I can assign custom shortcut to it: "Settings (Preferences on Mac) | Keymap | Other | Clear All" (you can just search for "clear" on that settings page to narrow the list quickly)

Will assigning shortcut to that action work in your terminal?
