[813] Debugger evaluate window size too big

The window seems to want to be as large as the expressions, with spaces
included. I am evaluating a large expression that spans multiple lines,
and the evaluate window is way off the screen.

It seems that is mainly due to the use of single-line combo box for the
expression. I think it would be better for a multi-line text box with
horizontal and vertical scrolling were used for the expression. Of
course some other type of interaction controls would be needed for
accessing the history -- eg, prev/next; popup selection list with
multi-line items (maybe similar to Toad).

In addition, after the evaluation windows has once been opened in a
large size, it does allow me to make it smaller. Sometimes not any
smaller, sometimes just to a certain limit.

Of course, the ultimate would be a real text editor [with all the bells
and whistles of the regular text editor] would be really nice for the
expression entry.
